Which circuit is my county in?
Every Florida county belongs to one of 20 judicial circuits. The county table on this page shows each county's clerk website, and the official locator lists the circuit assignments.
Is the clerk the same as the court?
No. The clerk of court is the office that accepts filings, keeps records, and collects fees. Judges and hearings belong to the circuit court itself. For filing questions, the clerk's office is the right first call.
