Nevada does not have one system for every county. Most courts, including the Clark County family court, use eFileNV, where people without a lawyer can e-file for a small upload fee, but some courts such as the Washoe County district court use their own system, and smaller counties may still want paper.

Nevada is moving fully to the new eFileNV portal by July 15, 2026. Ask your court clerk which system applies to you.
