What happens if I leave something off the affidavit?

An incomplete or inaccurate financial affidavit can be challenged, and it can cost you credibility with the judge for the rest of the case. If you are unsure about a number, say so on the form rather than guessing silently.

What if the other side will not disclose?

You can normally ask the court to order it, and courts can impose consequences for refusing. Keep your own disclosure complete and on time either way.
