Florida family cases involving money run on mandatory disclosure: within 45 days of service, both sides must exchange a defined list of financial documents, things like tax returns, pay stubs, and account statements, and file a financial affidavit.

Two affidavit versions exist. The short form, 12.902(b), is for individual gross annual income under 50,000 dollars, and the long form, 12.902(c), for income at or above that level or more complex finances. The certificate of compliance, 12.932, is how you confirm to the court that the exchange happened.
